Are certificates awarded?
Yes. Courses marked with “Certification” include a graded assessment and a shareable completion certificate. See Catalog filters.
How long do I retain access?
Lifetime access for purchased courses. Updates and new lessons are included at no extra charge.
What if a course is not right for me?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction window. If less than 30% of the content was completed, request a refund through Contact with your order ID.
Do you cover moisture testing?
Extensively. We teach RH tests, calcium chloride, and when to deploy vapor barriers for concrete vs. wood substrates.
Will I learn pricing and quotes?
Yes. Our client experience modules include estimate templates, change-order policies, and scope communication.
Is team training available?

What tools are required to begin?
Start with a tapping block, pull bar, spacers, oscillating multi-tool, jigsaw with laminate blade, moisture meter, and PPE. Each course lists specific equipment.
